Manager, AI Marketing Technology & Enablement Location: Horsham, PA or Titusville, NJ Overview Johnson & Johnson is reimagining how marketers work by combining AI, data, and innovative technologies to help teams move faster, make smarter decisions, and create greater impact for patients. The Manager of AI Marketing Technology & Enablement will partner directly with marketers to accelerate adoption of AI-powered capabilities, improve business processes, optimize workflows, and translate data-driven insights into meaningful action. Responsibilities Serve as the primary AI and marketing technology systems enablement partner for an assigned therapeutic area. Drive adoption and effective use of AI-powered tools, platforms, and workflows across brand teams. Lead training sessions, workshops, office hours, and demonstrations to build confidence and proficiency with new technologies. Partner with marketers to integrate AI-generated insights, recommendations, and capabilities into planning, decision-making, and execution. Champion innovative ways of working that improve efficiency, scalability, and marketing effectiveness. Support pilot programs, platform launches, and enterprise adoption initiatives that accelerate innovation. Analyze marketing workflows, business processes, and user needs to identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and AI-enabled improvements. Conduct systems analysis of AI-powered marketing technology platforms and workflows by evaluating user needs, documenting business and functional requirements, and identifying system, workflow, and process enhancements. Translate business requirements into actionable recommendations for technology, analytics, platform, and external partner teams. Evaluate existing workflows and recommend improvements that enhance user experience, operational efficiency, and business performance. Support user acceptance testing, solution validation, implementation activities, and ongoing platform enhancements. Identify opportunities to simplify processes, increase adoption, and improve the overall effectiveness of digital capabilities. Help marketers translate AI-generated insights into actionable business decisions. Monitor adoption trends, platform utilization, workflow performance, and business outcomes to identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Use data and insights to drive recommendations that improve marketing effectiveness and user engagement. Capture user feedback and contribute to best practices, governance, and scalable operating models across therapeutic areas. Stay current on emerging AI technologies, digital marketing capabilities, commercialization trends, and innovation opportunities. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Engineering, Digital Technology, Marketing Technology, Marketing, or a related field required. MBA or other advanced degree preferred. Required Skills & Experience Minimum 5-6 years of experience in marketing, marketing technology, business systems analysis, digital transformation, analytics, commercial operations, enablement, or related disciplines. Experience working with enterprise technology platforms, AI-powered solutions, analytics tools, workflow systems, digital applications, or business technology products. Experience gathering, documenting, and translating business and functional requirements into technology, workflow, process, or operational improvements. Experience analyzing business processes, evaluating user needs, and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and adoption. Strong understanding of pharmaceutical marketing workflows, commercial operations, and content development processes. Experience leveraging data, analytics, reporting tools, or AI-powered systems to support business decision-making. Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills. Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable business recommendations. Excellent communication, facilitation, relationship-building, and stakeholder engagement skills. Proven ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority. Curiosity, adaptability, and enthusiasm for emerging technologies and AI-driven innovation. Preferred Skills & Experience Experience within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, consumer, consulting, or agency environments. Experience supporting AI implementations, marketing technology initiatives, digital transformation programs, workflow optimization efforts, or enterprise platform deployments. Experience collaborating with technology, product, engineering, analytics, data science, or platform teams. Familiarity with business process mapping, workflow design, requirements gathering, solution testing, change management, or adoption methodologies. Experience leading training, onboarding, capability enablement, or organizational adoption initiatives. Experience with platforms such as Workfront, Adobe, Veeva, DAM solutions, analytics platforms, workflow management systems, or generative AI tools.
