About The Role The role leads the core accounting function, ensuring financial integrity, rigorous US GAAP compliance, and seamless execution of month-end close processes. You will partner with finance, executive leadership, and external auditors to maintain robust internal controls under SOX and deliver accurate financial reporting. Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes in NetSuite Ensure strict compliance with US GAAP, SOX internal controls, and SEC reporting frameworks Supervise revenue recognition, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger accounting Coordinate annual financial audits and tax filings with external CPA firms Analyze financial variances, prepare executive reporting packages, and present findings to leadership Implement scalable accounting systems and automated workflows to improve close efficiency What We Are Looking For 5-7 years of progressive accounting experience in public accounting and high-growth technology companies Active CPA license required Deep technical expertise in US GAAP, SOX compliance, and financial statement preparation Advanced proficiency with ERP systems such as NetSuite and advanced Excel modeling Proven track record of managing and developing high-performing accounting teams Bonus: Experience with IPO readiness, SEC reporting, or multi-entity global operations #J-18808-Ljbffr Evlo AI
