Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic aerospace and defense location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help deter security-related incidents. Pay Rate: $20.00 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access practices, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a defense-related location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns through established channels.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, controlled areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor information, and support access control procedures for employees, guests, and deliveries in accordance with site policies.
• Communicate with site contacts, supervisors, and/or local responders as needed while maintaining detailed logs, incident reports, and other required security-related records.

Minimum Requirements:

• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
