Housekeeping Aid (Leader)

Housekeeping Aid (Leader)
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Pass on instructions to other workers and get work started.
- Work alongside others setting the pace.
- Demonstrate proper work methods; ensure necessary plans, materials, and tools are available, and needed stock is obtained.
- Obtain needed information or decisions from supervisors on problems that come up during the work.
- Maintain current knowledge, and answer other workers questions on procedures, policies, written instructions, and other directives.
- Ensure there is enough work to keep everyone in the work crew busy providing new and additional assignments as needed.
- Check work in progress and when finished.
- Encourage workers to follow instructions received from supervisors and meet deadlines Ensure safety and housekeeping rules are followed.
- Report on status and progress of work, causes of work delays, and answer questions on overall work operations and problems.
- Inspect assigned areas daily to ensure that it has been cleaned satisfactorily.
- Responsible for noting discrepancies from the Supervisor's Daily Report.
- Performs regular housekeeping assignments
Work Schedule: Thursday - Monday 11:00am to 7:30pm
