Job Summary We are seeking an energetic Event Assistant to support promotional events, customer engagement, and sales initiatives. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, representing brands, assisting with event activities, and developing valuable communication and customer service skills. Responsibilities Assist with planning and coordinating promotional events. Welcome attendees and engage with prospective customers. Present and explain products and services in a friendly, professional manner. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions. Support promotional activities designed to generate customer interest and sales. Maintain an organized and welcoming event environment. Build positive relationships with customers and event attendees. Generate leads through event interactions and promotional activities. Follow up with prospective customers when appropriate. Support individual and team sales goals during events. Collaborate with team members to ensure successful event execution. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Energetic, outgoing, and professional personality. Comfortable interacting with customers in person. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Goal-oriented and motivated to achieve results. Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Previous experience in events, sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, marketing, or promotions is a plus but not required.
