This role is located onsite at our state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility in Sanford, Florida. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients, utilizing standardized assessment tools to determine physical conditions and functional limitations.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans tailored to meet each patient's specific goals and needs while emphasizing evidence-based practices.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques—including manual therapy, modalities, and therapeutic exercises—to help alleviate pain, improve mobility, and restore function.
• Document patients' progress meticulously, including treatment sessions, patient responses, and any adjustments to the treatment plan as necessary.
• Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation techniques, exercises, and the use of assistive devices for self-care and mobility.
• Participate in ongoing professional development, stay current with industry advancements, and maintain licensure through continuing education.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including occupational therapists, speech therapists, and physicians, to provide comprehensive patient care.

Our patient population varies widely, encompassing children and adults with diverse diagnoses, including orthopedic injuries, neurological disorders, post-operative recovery, and chronic pain conditions. As a Physical Therapist at Constant Physical Strength, you will work closely with each patient to understand their unique challenges and empower them to achieve their rehabilitation goals, thereby improving their overall quality of life.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Authorization to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Florida, with current state licensure.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective patient interaction and documentation.
• Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems, as well as basic computer and word processing skills.
• Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• No prior work experience is required—new graduates are welcome to apply.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in a rehabilitation or home health setting is a plus, but not required.
• Familiarity with therapeutic modalities and exercise techniques related to physical rehabilitation.
• Participation in internships or clinical rotations that emphasize pediatric or geriatric therapy.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to salary, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
