Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Agility Peak, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations of each patient's physical condition, medical history, and specific needs.
• Diagnosing movement dysfunction and formulating individualized treatment plans that are tailored to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Implementing therapeutic exercise programs and manual therapy techniques to enhance muscle strength and joint mobility.
• Educating patients on proper body mechanics and injury prevention through effective communication and hands-on demonstrations.
• Utilizing therapeutic modalities such as ultrasound, electrotherapy, and heat/cold treatments as indicated in patient care plans.
• Tracking patient progress over time, adjusting treatment techniques, and documenting all findings accurately in patient records to ensure continuity of care.
• Communicating effectively with patients and their families, providing guidance on in-home exercises and resources for maintaining health and well-being.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient population includes children and adults with diverse physical challenges, including orthopedic injuries, neurological conditions, and sports-related problems. Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
