Call Center Representative

Job Title: Customer Service Representative   Location: Dunwoody / Sandy Springs, GA
Pay: $17–$21/hour

About the Role:
TRC Talent Solutions is seeking professional and motivated Customer Service Representatives to join our team. In this role, you will interact with customers via phone, email, or online platforms, providing timely and accurate assistance while maintaining high standards of service. Key Responsibilities:

• Handle high volumes of inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
• Troubleshoot product or service issues and escalate complex cases when necessary.
• Provide clear, accurate information regarding services, policies, promotions, or technical support.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions, updates, and follow-ups in internal systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve inquiries, clarify discrepancies, and improve processes.
• Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining a calm and positive demeanor.
• Support quality assurance and compliance standards in all communications and documentation.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in customer service, call center, technical support, or administrative/data roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with professional phone etiquette.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to multitask.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and comfortable learning new software systems.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
• Bilingual candidates (French or Spanish) are highly encouraged to apply.
• High school diploma or GED required; additional education or relevant experience preferred.
