Private Wealth Administrative Assistant

We are partnered with a leading Private Wealth Management firm seeking a highly organized and dependable Administrative Assistant to join their Los Angeles team. This individual will serve as a critical partner to multiple advisors, providing day-to-day administrative support and helping keep schedules and logistics organized and on track. The role offers comprehensive training, direct client exposure, and a strong long-term path within wealth management. What You’ll Do Partner with multiple Wealth Advisors to improve productivity and efficiency through high-quality administrative and operational support Manage complex calendars, scheduling and coordinating internal and client meetings Prepare advisors for client and prospect meetings by coordinating presentations, meeting materials, reports, and other necessary information Serve as a key administrative point of contact for client inquiries and requests, ensuring needs are addressed promptly and appropriately Proactively communicate with advisors regarding priorities and other matters affecting their practices Coordinate business travel, including flights, hotels, transportation, and related logistics Maintain accurate information and records using Microsoft Outlook, Salesforce, and other internal systems Manage multiple priorities simultaneously, adjusting support based on the workload and needs of each advisor What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s Degree 2+ years of administrative, executive assistant, or professional support experience Experience supporting multiple senior professionals, executives, advisors, or client-facing teams Strong calendar management and scheduling experience Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM preferred Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to independently prioritize and execute multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment #J-18808-Ljbffr DRUM Associates
