Shift Supervisor – Role Overview As a Shift Supervisor you keep the heartbeat of our store alive. Your focus is on smooth operations, strong delegation, and team support, ensuring the store runs like a well‑oiled machine and that our juicers grow and shine. Key Responsibilities Daily Operations – Ensure the Daily Concept Workflow (DCWF) is followed with precision, observe store traffic, assign tasks, and deliver timely feedback to keep the team focused and energized. Cleanliness & Standards – Supervise and delegate daily checklists using our task‑monitoring system, maintain store cleanliness and safety, and report and document any issues promptly. Team Training – Support new juicers through our global training mantra: Knowledge – Training – Practice – Validation, building a confident and capable crew. Guest Experience – Lead by example to create warm, memorable guest interactions and handle in‑store feedback with a professional, guest‑first approach. Sales Focus – Keep an eye on commercial targets throughout the shift, manage deliveries and accurate reporting, and guide the team in supporting store sales performance. Qualifications 1–2 years of experience in a similar supervisory or team‑lead role. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to stay calm and lead under pressure. Must be able to perform bending, stooping, crouching, and squatting movements. Must be able to safely handle and use sharp objects. Must be able to work near and operate a hot grill.
