Exceptional Advisors Don't just sell work... They Build Relationships.

Mercedes-Benz of Myrtle Beach is searching for a professional Service Advisor who understands that world-class customer service is just as important as technical knowledge.

We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates with confidence and empathy, and genuinely enjoys helping people. If you believe every customer deserves to feel heard, respected, and valued-even during difficult situations-we want to meet you.

This is an opportunity to join one of the most respected Mercedes-Benz dealerships in the Southeast, backed by a strong reputation, loyal clientele, and an ownership team committed to investing in great people.

What You'll Do

• Guide customers through the service experience from arrival to delivery.
• Clearly explain maintenance recommendations and repair needs.
• Build trust through honest communication and transparency.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure repairs are completed efficiently.
• Keep customers informed throughout the repair process.
• Handle concerns professionally while turning problems into positive experiences.
• Consistently deliver an ownership experience worthy of the Mercedes-Benz brand.

What Makes Someone Successful Here

We believe technical knowledge can be taught. Character cannot.

Our best advisors are:

• Calm under pressure.
• Excellent communicators.
• Highly organized.
• Customer-focused instead of ego-focused.
• Able to handle difficult conversations without becoming defensive.
• Naturally empathetic.
• Motivated by helping customers rather than simply selling repairs.
• Team players who elevate everyone around them.
• Passionate about delivering an exceptional ownership experience.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive Service Advisor experience preferred.
• Luxury brand experience is a plus but not required for the right candidate.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
• Computer proficiency.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary plus performance based commission.
• Expected annual earnings: $60,000-$100,000+
• Paid vacation, PTO Days, and Training.
• Health, dental, and vision insurance
• 401(k) with company Match Participation.
• Ongoing Mercedes-Benz training and professional development.
• Advancement opportunities within a growing organization.
• Employee vehicle purchase and service benefits.

Why Mercedes-Benz of Myrtle Beach?

We're building something different.

We believe customers remember how they were treated long after they forget what was repaired. That's why we hire people who combine professionalism with genuine empathy.

You'll work with:

• A loyal customer base.
• A modern, well-equipped facility.
• Experienced and highly productive technicians.
• Stable and involved leadership.
• A culture built around teamwork, accountability, and providing solutions for the customer.

If you're looking for a dealership where your professionalism is appreciated, your income reflects your performance, and your reputation matters, we'd love to speak with you.

Oh...... Did we mention you would be living at the beach? Live where others vacation!
