We’re looking for a Real Estate Recruiting Director to help grow a thriving real estate organization in Columbia, South Carolina.

This is more than a recruiting role. You’ll be responsible for bringing great agents into the organization, helping them succeed, and building a culture where talented people want to stay and grow.

Compensation & Benefits

• $80,000–$200,000+ On-Target Earnings

Compensation:

$80,000 – $200,000+ On-Target Earnings

Responsibilities:

• Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective agents.

• Recruit experienced and emerging real estate talent.

• Lead recruiting conversations, interviews, and follow-up.

• Build relationships with agents and become a trusted resource.

• Help new agents get off to a strong start.

• Coach agents and help them improve their production and profitability.

• Track recruiting, retention, and productivity metrics.

• Lead team meetings, training, and development initiatives.

• Partner with leadership on growth strategies and business goals.

• Help create a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

• Identify and develop future leaders within the organization.

Qualifications:

You’re a people-focused leader with a strong real estate background who enjoys both recruiting and developing others.

You bring:

• 2–3+ years of real estate sales experience.

• A proven track record of production and/or leadership.

• Strong recruiting and relationship-building skills.

• A natural ability to influence and connect with people.

• Coaching and mentoring experience.

• Confidence leading conversations and holding people accountable.

• Strong business sense and comfort with performance metrics.

• A high level of ownership, energy, and initiative.

Previous brokerage leadership or agent recruiting experience is a plus.
