Associate Territory Manager - Northern California

This developmental role supports the Interventional Surgery division's field sales team across Northern California by providing clinical training, product demonstrations, and case support to physicians and hospital staff. The Associate Territory Manager will spend approximately 80% of time in the field conducting in-servicing activities, product assessments, and account support while building expertise in the surgical solutions portfolio to advance toward a Territory Manager position.

Responsibilities

• Provide field-level support to physicians and clinical professionals on surgical product utilization
• Conduct product in-servicing, demonstrations, and assessments with assigned accounts
• Execute sales calls and account coverage to support revenue targets with sales team
• Maintain accurate account records and sales funnel management for territory planning
• Support regional marketing events, trade shows, and new product introductions

Requirements

• Knowledge of surgical solutions and interventional surgery products
• Strong sales skills and ability to execute field-level support strategies
• Clinical knowledge relevant to surgical device portfolio
• Ability to travel 80% of time with extended field-based stays
• Willingness to relocate anywhere in U.S. for future Territory Manager role
