Billing Specialist 1

Join our Billing team in this entry-level opportunity designed for individuals looking to build a strong foundation in billing, invoicing, and administrative operations. In this role, you'll receive hands‑on training and guidance while supporting a variety of billing and data‑related processes. Working within established procedures, you'll develop your skills in accuracy, organization, and customer support while gaining valuable experience in a collaborative team environment. This position offers opportunities for growth and occasional travel to regional locations for team events, cross‑training, project implementation, and professional development. Schedule Monday-Friday 9:00am-6:00pm OR 9:30am-6:00pm This position participates in a rotating weekend schedule TBD. Weekend shifts will be assigned on a rotating basis and may require adjusted weekday hours. Duties and Responsibilities Providing excellent customer service and maintaining relationships with partners and vendors Collecting data and inputting the data into various databases Reviewing records for accuracy Updating databases with new or revised information as necessary Performing regular backups of information to ensure data preservation Retrieving records and electronic files from the database Sorting and organizing paper records or notes after data entry Other duties as assigned Education and Qualifications High School Diploma 1 year of billing or Fuel industry experience required Demonstrated computer skills, especially importing to and exporting from Excel. Strong data entry skills and attention to detail Excellent time‑management and organization skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Exceptional analytical skill to sort through high volume of data and information Ability to anticipate problems and address them pro
