Basic Job Functions:

• Candidate App Coaching: Patiently guide candidates through our app and multiple operating platforms to finish onboarding and select their ideal positions.

• Multi-Platform Management: Utilize internal technology and candidate databases to keep applicant pipelines moving efficiently at a fast pace.

• Account & Niche Coordination: Maintain high-level organization to remember and execute the specific hiring requirements and niche details for multiple client companies.

• Proactive Problem Solving: Approach daily operational or candidate roadblocks with a constructive, solution-focused mindset to keep hiring seamless. Working in Chambersburg, PA with the local Randstad Team. Hours are 8:30A-5P Monday - Friday. This is an in-office job, not remote.

The essential functions of this role include:

Skills
