About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with a strong background in real estate finance to join their executive leadership team. The CFO will be a strategic leader, responsible for driving the firm's financial strategy, including planning, forecasting, and treasury management. This role involves partnering with the CEO and leadership team on strategic planning, leading debt and equity capital raising efforts, and building and maintaining relationships with investors, lenders, and financial partners. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in complex deal structuring, raising equity, and investor relations, and will be a key advisor on financial matters, representing the company with external stakeholders and the investor community. The successful CFO will also oversee the company's financial operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, tax compliance, and regulatory adherence. They will be expected to optimize cash flow, working capital, and balance sheet performance, as well as lead and develop high-performing teams in a culture of accountability and collaboration. This is a high-impact role in a fast-paced, high-performing team environment, and the company is looking for a candidate with a rare combination of strategic thinking, collaborative leadership, and relationship-building skills. The CFO will play a critical part in the firm's expansion, both in existing and new markets, and will be instrumental in driving the company's growth and success.
