About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with a focus on Investor Relations and Finance. The successful candidate will be a strategic leader in real estate finance, adept at thriving in a fast-paced, high-performing team environment. This executive will play a pivotal role in the firm's expansion, driving the financial strategy, and will be responsible for raising debt and equity capital, structuring complex financing arrangements, and partnering with the leadership team on investment decisions. The CFO will also oversee various functions, including accounting, asset management, legal, and investment, ensuring strong financial oversight and execution across the deal lifecycle. The ideal CFO for the company will have extensive expertise in real estate finance, complex deal structuring, and raising equity, with a proven track record in investor relations. The role requires a rare combination of strategic thinking, collaborative leadership, and relationship-building skills. The CFO will be expected to lead and develop high-performing teams, serve as a key advisor to the CEO and the Board, and represent the company with external stakeholders and the investor community.
