Location: Absolut Center, Endicott, NY

Position: Part-Time Facility Greeter

We are currently seeking a warm, organized, and reliable individual to join our team as a Facility Greeter.

Job Summary:
As the first point of contact for our facility, the Facility Greeter will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for residents, families, and visitors. The ideal candidate will be a compassionate individual with excellent communication skills, capable of managing a variety of administrative tasks with a friendly demeanor. The hours for this position are perfect for students!

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist residents, visitors, vendors, and staff in a courteous and professional manner, providing resident room numbers and directions to rooms or departments.

• Ensure the lobby is clean, organized, and welcoming.

Qualifications:

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

• Empathetic and resident-centered approach to interacting with residents and families.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to sit for extended periods of time .

• Must be able to stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, push, pull, climb, lift, and carry heavy objects.

Schedule:

• Part-time position, 4pm-8pm Monday to Friday
