Desktop Support Technician

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused IT Support Technician to install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computer systems, peripherals, and audio/visual equipment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with IT infrastructure, networking, hardware support, and basic cybersecurity practices, along with strong problem-solving and customer service skills. Required Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support, desktop support, or a related technical role. Associate degree in Computer Science, Computer Technology, or a related field. Hands-on experience setting up, installing, configuring, repairing, and maintaining computers and related peripherals. Experience installing, configuring, and troubleshooting audio/visual equipment. Basic knowledge of Local Area Networks (LAN) and Wide Area Networks (WAN). Ability to implement and support IT infrastructure hardware. Ability to respond to technical emergencies, troubleshoot issues, and implement cybersecurity policies and procedures. Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills. Nice-to-Have Skills Knowledge of computer networking principles and protocols. Familiarity with digital audio recording equipment.
