Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on commercial and residential HVAC systems Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues efficiently and accurately Communicate effectively with customers to explain service options and recommendations Complete service reports and maintain accurate records Adhere to safety protocols and industry regulations at all times Requirements Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HVAC service technician EPA certification preferred Strong technical skills and ability to diagnose complex issues Excellent communication and customer service skills Valid driver's license with clean driving record Company Description Quality Air Heating and Air Conditioning is a top 15 rated HVAC company in Columbus, as rated by business first, based on annual sales volume.
