This role focuses on estate planning, probate, real estate, and business transactions. You will work collaboratively with fellow attorneys, clients, paralegals, financial advisors, and court professionals to provide comprehensive legal services. Our firm offers a collegial, modern work environment in a growing, vibrant, and economically thriving community. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive legal advice and support to clients. Draft estate planning and other transactional legal documents. Work collaboratively with fellow attorneys, paralegals, and other firm staff. Perform legal research and stay current on practice area changes. Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Admission to and good standing with WI State Bar. Experience with transactional law, preferably in real estate, estate planning, probate, and trust law. Strong critical thinking, analytical, and communication skills.
