Reservationist & Asst Events Coordinator

Petit and Keet is looking for an Assistant Events Coordinator & Reservationist to join our team.
The position is responsible for booking and confirming reservations and assisting events team with management of events.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Accountable for managing individual & group reservations and bookings
- Oversee and assist with development and growth of catering sales
- Manage sales of contracted events and reservation bookings
- Assist with organization and running of contracted events
- Assist events team with details for run of show for contracted events
- Operates office equipment, computers and terminals as necessary
- Resolves customer requests and questions
Qualifications & Job Requirements
- Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong sales, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel and Word)
- Must be able to work in a professional office environment
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and think on your feet
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication, problem solving and creative solution generation skills
- Experience with Open Table preferred but not mandatory
