Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify client needs and personalized treatment goals.
\n
• Develop and execute tailored therapy plans, utilizing evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, addressing issues such as trauma, grief, LGBTQ+ concerns, and perinatal mental health.

• Engage with clients in a respectful and culturally sensitive manner, ensuring an inclusive approach to therapy.
\n
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of client progress using electronic health record (EHR) systems.
\n
• Participate in ongoing professional development and supervision meetings to enhance therapeutic competencies.
\n
• Provide telehealth services in a HIPAA-compliant manner, ensuring client confidentiality and protection.

• Collaborate with a diverse team of healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree from an accredited graduate program in Counseling, Marriage and Family Studies, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted LMFT License.
\n
• Proficiency in delivering bilingual therapy services (Spanish and English) with strong communication skills.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a behavioral health setting working with diverse populations.
\n
• Understanding and respect for cultural variations across family systems.
\n
• Competence in utilizing EHR systems, Microsoft Office, and relevant software.
\n
• Willingness to work with at least one insurance panel and provide services aligned with their protocols.

Preferred Experience\n

• Specialized training or certifications in modalities such as CBT, TF-CBT, or EMDR.
\n
• Experience working with specialized populations, including adolescents or LGBTQ+ clients.

• A developed area of specialization, such as Grief and Loss or Perinatal Mental Health.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 70,000 to 105,000 per year, complemented by performance-related bonuses. We also offer a sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.
