"Join Our Compassionate Team at Homecare By Design: Caregivers Needed with Flexible Schedules!" Are you seeking a fulfilling caregiving role with a flexible schedule? Do you want to feel truly valued, appreciated, and respected as a Personal Caregiver? At Homecare By Design, we specialize in providing personalized, non-medical care to seniors in Lafayette and surrounding areas. We're looking for compassionate caregivers who want to make a real difference in the lives of our clients, offering care in a 1:1 resident-to-caregiver ratio. If you’re passionate about helping seniors, bringing joy to their lives, and building meaningful relationships, we would love to have you on our team! Responsibilities:
Provide non-medical care, including light housekeeping, meal prep, and assistance with grooming
Offer stand-by assistance with daily living activities
Provide medication reminders and personal care assistance
Build lasting relationships with clients through companionship
Offer transitional care when needed

Requirements:
At least 1 year of caregiving experience (required)
A valid driver’s license (preferred)
