Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of CDL-A experience
• Minimum 3 months of flatbed experience
• No more than two moving violations (last 3 years)
• No more than one accident (last 3 years)
• No more than 3 job changes per year
• No positive drug results in the past - no refusal
• Medical card

The lease-to-own path helps you pursue ownership within a year while earning 80% of gross and strong weekly averages.

Key responsibilities:

• Safely transport and deliver flatbed freight across assigned lanes.
• Secure loads, tarp and chain freight, and perform equipment inspections.
• Maintain DOT/FMCSA-compliant logs and paperwork.
