Medical Office Manager
Location: Lee's Summit | Full-Time
Busy, established medical practice with 3 surgeons is seeking an experienced Medical Office Manager to lead daily operations, manage staff, and support practice growth. This role reports directly to the Practice Administrator .
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily office operations and workflow
- Manage, train, and supervise administrative and clinical staff
- Coordinate provider , patient schedules and staff schedules
- Ensure excellent patient experience and service
- Support hiring, onboarding, and staff performance
- Maintain compliance (HIPAA, OSHA)
- Assist with marketing and patient growth initiatives
- Collaborate with Practice Administrator
Requirements:
- 2+ years’ experience in a medical office (required)
- Prior supervisory or management experience preferred
- Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
- Knowledge of medical billing and insurance processes
- Experience with EMR/EHR systems
- E-clinical Works experience preferred
