Accounting Manager (Direct Hire)
Salary: $85,000$115,000 annually (based on qualifications)

We're seeking an experienced Tax & Accounting Manager to support the Controller and Tax & Treasury Director with day-to-day accounting, treasury, and tax functions. This is a hands-on role responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, supporting cash management activities, assisting with tax compliance, and contributing to month-end and year-end close processes.

Key Responsibilities
Perform general ledger accounting, journal entries, and account reconciliations
Assist with month-end and year-end close activities
Support daily cash management, bank reconciliations, and cash flow reporting
Monitor cash transactions and maintain treasury documentation
Assist with federal, state, and local tax filings and maintain supporting documentation
Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions as needed
Maintain fixed asset records and intercompany accounting entries
Prepare financial reports and schedules for management
Assist with internal and external audits
Help maintain accounting, treasury, and tax policies and procedures
Collaborate with banking partners, external tax advisors, and internal departments

Qualifications
35+ years of accounting experience with exposure to treasury or tax functions preferred
Strong knowledge of general ledger accounting, account reconciliations, and month-end close
Experience with bank reconciliations, cash management, AP/AR, and financial reporting
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred (equivalent experience considered)
