Marketing Lead

The role We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Marketing Lead to guide our marketing efforts and drive growth across multiple verticals. This role is based in the NYC metro area, with 3 days per week in office. The ideal candidate brings an established network and brand presence in the NYC market, strong ties to relevant industry associations, and a track record of building successful marketing strategies within IT services, AI, or digital transformation. You will need to be a strategic thinker who can turn complex technical solutions into narratives that resonate across diverse audiences, while partnering closely with sales and account teams to drive cross-sell and upsell opportunities. What you’ll do Develop and execute marketing strategies that strengthen brand visibility and generate leads Build and leverage a strong network in the NYC market, including active engagement with relevant industry associations Lead content marketing and thought leadership initiatives that position the company as an industry leader Manage digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email, and analyze campaign performance Partner with sales and account management teams to support cross-selling and upselling efforts through targeted tools and materials Plan and execute marketing campaigns, events, and industry engagements to promote the brand Own content management and messaging strategy across the marketing function Drive lead generation programs in coordination with sales and account teams Identify and manage strategic partnerships that support brand growth and market positioning Conduct market research to track industry trends and identify growth opportunities Manage and mentor a team of 6-7, covering events, messaging, and lead generation, toward department goals Manage the marketing budget to maximize ROI What you bring Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred 7+ years of marketing experience, with a strong focus on demand generation Established network and brand presence within the NYC market, with active industry association involvement Background in AI, digital transformation, or IT services marketing Experience partnering with sales and account teams on cross-sell/upsell initiatives Proven experience managing and developing a team (ideally 6+ direct reports) Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies, campaigns, and events Excellent communication, leadership, and partnership-management skills Experience driving lead generation through the corporate website, including conversion optimization and landing page strategy Hands‑on background with HubSpot and Salesforce for marketing automation, campaign tracking, and pipeline reporting #J-18808-Ljbffr
