Qualifications:

• Active Occupational Therapist license (or eligibility)
• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Previous experience in K–12 schools is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt to diverse settings and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify students’ needs and develop individualized intervention plans
• Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy services to help students succeed academically and functionally
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and educational staff to integrate therapy strategies across learning environments
• Document student progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and district guidelines
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary planning
• Provide professional support and share expertise with colleagues to enhance school-wide therapy practices
