**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper with at least 2 years of experience to join our team. The Bookkeeper will be responsible for basic accounting tasks, including data entry, processing invoices, and assisting with financial reports. Knowledge of accounting software and tax preparation is required for this role.
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in Accounting or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a bookkeeping or accounting role.
- Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and experience with accounting software.
- Experience with tax preparation is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
**Responsibilities:**
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Maintain accurate financial records.
- Assist with the preparation of financial statements.
- Reconcile accounts in a timely manner.
- Assist with audits and financial reporting.
- Provide general administrative support to the accounting department.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
