Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments focusing on each child’s unique needs and challenges.

• Participate actively in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), ensuring tailored interventions for families.

• Monitor progress and outcomes as part of an interdisciplinary team, adapting interventions as necessary to achieve the best results for each child.

• Provide emotional support and resources to families, fostering a collaborative partnership to enhance the child’s development.

• Comply with all federal and state regulations relevant to child welfare and early intervention services.

• Utilize evidence-based practices and natural learning environment strategies to engage with children and facilitate their developmental progress.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on children with developmental delays or disabilities, along with their families. This role emphasizes early intervention, ensuring that children receive the support necessary for addressing their developmental milestones within the first three years of life. Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• Current licensure as an LCSW by the Department of Public Health in Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $75,000 to $80,000, reflecting your expertise and commitment to quality care.
