Experience: Minimum 2 years of ICU RN experience with EPIC documentation

What You'll Do:

Deliver high-quality ICU patient care utilizing the nursing process
Assess patient needs and implement appropriate care plans
Use effective communication to coordinate with interdisciplinary teams
Educate patients and families about their health conditions and treatments
Document care and patient responses accurately in EPIC
Manage resources efficiently and serve as a leader within the team
Follow all safety and infection control protocols, including exposure risk procedures

What You Need:

Valid RN license in Louisiana
2+ years ICU experience with EPIC documentation familiarity
Current BLS, ACLS, and CPI (Blue Card) certifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to adapt care to diverse patient populations
