Starting Annual Salary: $70,000 + Profit Sharing TWO MEN AND A TRUCK is looking for an energetic, self-motivated person who will run our moving and storage business like it was their very own. Someone who can help us continue to move our company and employees forward by supporting and mentoring our management team with the daily aspects of the business. Work with customers, staff members, and upper management to meet established performance goals and brand standards. Ensure continuity and consistency of processes and documentation through training, communication, and auditing. Be a strategic partner with executive management with your insights and ideas to drive excellence and growth in your market through P&L management, process refinement, and community involvement.
