Speech Language Pathologist

**POSITION OVERVIEW****: The Speech Language Pathologist** evaluates, plans, and provides treatment and rehabilitation as prescribed by a referring physician. Works with family and team members regarding patient’s abilities and goals.**Required**: Must have necessary requisites for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist by the Oregon State Board of Health. Must have active Certificate of Clinical Competance (CCC) from the American Speech and Hearing Association (ASHA). Must have necessary requisites for a valid Oregon driver's license and ability to meet St. Charles Health System driving requirements. Ability to travel to business functions/trainings/meetings and all St. Charles Health System worksites. Current AHA Basic Life Support for Healthcare Provider certification. ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence.**Preferred**: Previous experience in a hospital-based setting.
