Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to accurately diagnose mental health disorders.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to the individual needs of clients, including therapeutic interventions and goals.

• Lead individual and couple therapy sessions, providing a safe space for open communication, exploration of emotions, and development of coping strategies.

• Offer psychoeducation and therapeutic support for a variety of issues such as alcohol abuse, grief, conflicts among family members, job stress, and navigating separation and divorce.

• Maintain timely and accurate client records and documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations.

• Collaborate with other health care professionals to ensure comprehensive care, including referrals to specialists when necessary.

• Engage in continuous professional development to stay abreast of best practices and evolving therapeutic techniques.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role will focus on a diverse clientele that includes individuals, couples, and families experiencing a variety of mental health challenges. You will work closely with clients dealing with issues related to physical and psychological abuse, grief and loss, job-related stress, and navigating complex family dynamics, including blended family situations and the challenges associated with separation and divorce. Your expertise will be crucial in guiding them towards healing and improved emotional health.

Qualifications\n

• Valid and active Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license in the state of Arizona.

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $105,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. In addition, the successful candidate will be eligible for a sign-on bonus and a comprehensive benefits package, which includes:
