We are committed to hiring the best and brightest within our industry, and that's why we are seeking experienced professionals like you to help transform the industry and continue building Beck's respected reputation.What You Bring To The TableThe job involves the following essential functions:Responsible for achieving sales goals for a specific market/regionMake commitments for firm with direction from superiorsTrack BD opportunities and trusted advisors via CRMResearch and gather information on potential clients and projectsSchedule meetings with new/existing clients to discover project informationMaintain strong business networkAttend industry and client eventsAssist in development of regional marketing plansSupport and lead national marketing objectivesParticipate in Beck hosted client eventsAssist in the development of proposals and scopes of work and estimate feesContribute meaningful insight and information to pursuit strategy sessions and assist in the development of proposals, scopes of work, estimate fees, and interviewsAttend pre-bids and client interviewsParticipate in internal and lead external debriefsActively involved in professional and community organizations in committee or board member positionsDevelop and submit pursuit plans for go/no-go approvalAssist in analysis and follow-up of client score card resultsCoordinate 11-month walk-throughsWho We Think Will Be A Great Fit:Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of experience requiredPhysical Demands:Frequently required to sit, stand, and move about the office; frequently moving outdoors may be required; ability to lift and carry large plans or boxes in excess of 10 lbs; frequently operates a computer and other office equipment; ability to coordinate and participate in client meetings; constantly communicates with project team and related parties; ability to maintain standards related to architectural design and production; ability to adhere to timely and consistent attendance.
