Tire Warehouse Manager

Lead the team. Keep things moving. Build your career with Take Ten Tire & Service! Take Ten Tire & Service is seeking a hands-on Tire Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operations. As a Tire Warehouse Manager, you will keep inventory accurate, keep orders moving, keep customers taken care of, and keep daily operations running safely and efficiently. What You’ll Do Lead daily warehouse activities, including receiving, stocking, picking, and shipping. Provide direction and support to warehouse team members. Assist customers with orders, sales, and payments. Maintain accurate inventory and complete cycle counts. Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and damage. Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and tire-handling equipment. Ensure safety procedures and proper lifting techniques are followed. Monitor workflow and help meet daily order fulfillment goals. Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse. Communicate staffing, inventory, equipment, and operational needs to leadership. Identify ways to improve efficiency and reduce errors. What We’re Looking For Previous warehouse, automotive, tire, or distribution experience preferred. Leadership or supervisory experience preferred. Strong organizational and communication skills. Dependable, safety-conscious, and detail-oriented. Comfortable working in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment. Ability to safely lift and move tires and warehouse materials. Requirements Qualifications High school diploma or GED required 2+ years of warehouse experience, preferably in tire distribution or an automotive environment Prior lead or supervisory experience preferred Knowledge of inventory management and warehouse best practices Forklift certification or the ability to obtain certification Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods Computer skills (inventory systems, scanners, or Microsoft Office experience required) Core Competencies Leadership and team coordination Attention to detail and accuracy Safety awareness Time management and problem-solving Dependability and accountability Work Environment & Physical Demands Warehouse environment with exposure to temperature variations Frequent lifting, bending, and standing Use of warehouse equipment and tools Health, dental, and vision insurance Supplemental Insurance 401(k) with up to a 4% company match.
