Location: Philadelphia / NYC (Greater Region) + Travel
Compensation: $28–$44 per hour based on experience + a generous per diem for overnights
Employment Type: This is a full time, hourly, non-exempt role

What You’ll Do
- Build, dress, terminate, and label custom low-voltage AV racks.
- Install TVs, speakers, motorized shades, and network gear.
- Assist with programming, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
- Work inside finished luxury homes where care and attention matter.
- 2+ years hands-on A/V, electrical, or construction experience
- Lutron Homeworks (or panelized lighting) certification and experience.
- Savant programming experience (preferred).
- Valid driver’s license and ability to lift 50 lbs / climb ladders.
- Professional presence with clients, builders, and designers
Travel is an essential function of this role because our projects take us where our clients go.
- Primary Hubs: Projects in Philadelphia and NYC are common. Overnight stays are required.
- The Destinations: Longer-distance travel may occur, such as to Florida.
- Fully Covered: All business travel beyond a normal commute is fully covered.
