SAP iXp Intern - Virtual Project Room

Job Summary We invite university students to undertake a 6‑month paid internship as an SAP iXp Intern – Virtual Project Room (VPR) at our Newtown Square, PA office. The internship focuses on supporting the VPR team’s delivery of Success Plan and Premium Engagements, providing hands‑on experience in project coordination, data management, and customer communication. Position Details Title: SAP iXp Intern – Virtual Project Room Location: Newtown Square, PA Expected Start Date: August 2026 Duration: 6 months (with potential 6‑month extension) Schedule: 40 hrs./week Responsibilities The Virtual Project Room is a central hub that supports colleagues in delivering all Success Plan and Premium Engagements. Key responsibilities include: Key Tasks Initiate, schedule and host VPR Service Plan Review meetings; take minutes and actions. Scan the VPR inbox and assign tasks. Summarize VPR survey results. Update the VPR Chatbot with new information. Contact Technical Quality Manager (TQM) and Success Plan Manager (SPM) for status updates (e.g., confirmation of GoLive). Follow up on activities and update them in CRM. Enhance documentation in the VPR SharePoint homepage. Update documentation of processes and handbooks. Use SAP Analytics Cloud / Dashboards and SAP CRM to generate monthly VPR statistics. Analyze customer lists and identify cleanup tasks. Test new applications based on test cases. Participate in team meetings, review ongoing patterns and trends, and propose potential mechanisms for improvement and simplification. Qualifications High sense of data quality. Strong dedication to follow up on open tasks. High sense for transparent reporting and simple information design. Experienced in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, MS Teams, Outlook.
