DevOps Engineer

We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to support a high-impact legal technology initiative within the real estate and property industry in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who can strengthen and refine deployment practices in a complex, code-driven environment while balancing speed, stability, and security. The role requires a hands-on, detail-oriented individual who can improve release processes, support scalable delivery, and apply strong judgment when working with sensitive legal data.Responsibilities:• Lead the review, redesign, and optimization of existing DevOps workflows to improve reliability, efficiency, and release quality.• Manage deployment activities for a growing greenfield environment, including planning and executing rollback strategies as user adoption expands.• Oversee release coordination and delivery practices to ensure controlled, consistent movement of code across environments.• Administer and enhance DevOps operations within a Copado governance framework focused on legal business systems.• Partner with development teams to support code-intensive builds and align DevOps practices with application delivery needs.• Contribute expertise in MuleSoft-related development environments to support integration-aware deployment and release planning.• Apply strong security principles to protect sensitive legal information throughout build, deployment, and release processes.• Use tools such as Azure DevOps, Salesforce DevOps, and Copado to strengthen automation, governance, and deployment execution.
