HVAC Manager We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HVAC Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of HVAC technicians, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a high level of productivity. Key responsibilities include: Managing a team of HVAC technicians and ensuring they perform their duties to the highest standard. Developing and implementing strategies to improve productivity and efficiency. Ensuring that all HVAC systems are installed, maintained, and repaired correctly. Creating and maintaining a positive working relationship with customers. Developing and managing budgets for HVAC projects. Ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and procedures. Requirements include: Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC management. Strong leadership and management skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Knowledge of HVAC systems and components. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
