Location: St. Paul, MN Department: Inside Sales Our Internship Experience includes: 12-week paid program beginning the end of May to mid-August to gain insight and knowledge in your field. Interactive orientation and events with skilled professionals in your field, including managers, directors, and CEO. Multiple networking, volunteer and fun events - both virtual and in-person. Impactful projects that make a difference internally and externally for H.B. Fuller. End of summer final presentation to showcase your career development with support from managers and peers. Position Overview: The Inside Sales Intern will gain hand-on experience in the fundamentals of B2B sales while supporting lead generation and customer outreach efforts. This internship provides an opportunity to develop professional communication, prospecting, and relationship-building skills through direct engagement with potential customers. Working alongside experienced sales professionals, the intern will learn how to identify business opportunities, qualify leads, navigate customer conversations, and utilize industry-leading sales tools such as Salesforce.com and ZoomInfo. This role is ideal for students interested in exploring a career in sales, business development, or customer engagement within a dynamic and growth-oriented environment. Primary Responsibilities: Lead and/or participate in process improvement projects within the Inside Sales Team. Develop a foundational understanding of Inside Sales through direct exposure to and participation in the daily activities of an Inside Sales Representative. This includes: Connect with customers through outbound calls to assess needs, identify opportunities, and support business growth Document customer conversations in Salesforce (CRM tool) Establish strong customer relationships by providing responsive service and representing H.B. Fuller in a professional manner. Build customer confidence by participating in discussions to understand business needs and helping identify appropriate product and service solutions. Minimum Qualifications: Currently Pursuing bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering (Open to others) Minimum rising junior or senior in Business field. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location. The salary for this role is $22-$25 per hour. In addition to your salary, H.B.
