Inside Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities Prospect and engage decision-makers through outbound phone and email outreach Qualify leads based on customer needs, budget, timeline, and fit and hand-off to salesperson Set meetings and appointments for field sales representatives and generate work orders Clearly communicate Smart Care's value proposition and overcome basic objections Maintain accurate activity, lead status, and notes in CRM and sales tools Collaborate with marketing and sales to support campaigns and initiatives Provide feedback to improve messaging, scripts, and outreach strategies Meet or exceed SQL and activity goals Qualifications Professional, resultsdriven, and motivated to build a sales career Comfortable making outbound calls and communicating via email with sales aptitude Strong listening, communication, and organization skills Ability to manage time effectively and work independently Positive, teamoriented attitude Experience & Skills Bachelor's degree preferred OR 1-2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, lead generation, or cold calling B2B services sales experience a plus Familiarity with CRM and sales/marketing tools, and/or Microsoft Office Understanding of sales funnel and lead qualification concepts About Smart Care Smart Care is a national repair and service provider for commercial foodservice, refrigeration, and cold storage equipment.
