Bookkeeper

Los Angeles, CA (Century City) Approx. 30 hours/week after training We're seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join a small, collaborative team supporting a real estate portfolio of approximately 20 properties. What You'll Be Doing: High-volume Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable CAM reconciliations Payroll processing Bank and credit card reconciliations Lease administration support Working alongside an external CPA on month-end close and tax preparation Administrative support as needed What We're Looking For: 5+ years of bookkeeping experience CAM reconciliation experience required Strong understanding of lease agreements Experience reviewing insurance policies is a plus Strong ERP/accounting software experience (Sage 300 a plus, not required) Adaptable, communicative, and comfortable working in a small-office environment Why Consider This Opportunity: Parking covered Stable, long-term opportunity with an established real estate organization All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
