We are looking for an experienced and dependable Receptionist to support daily front desk operations for a team in Sylvania Ohio. This contract-to-permanent opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys creating a welcoming office environment while keeping administrative tasks organized and moving efficiently. The role requires strong communication skills, a detail-oriented approach, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in an onsite setting.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests and visitors with a courteous, detail-oriented approach and direct them appropriately upon arrival.

• Manage incoming calls through a multi-line phone system, route messages accurately, and respond to general inquiries in a timely manner.

• Coordinate meal arrangements for meetings and office events, including ordering and setting up lunches as needed.

• Monitor workplace inventory and place orders to keep office supplies stocked and organized.

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to help maintain smooth office operations.

• Assist with front office coordination tasks and handle changing priorities with sound judgment and attention to detail

• Previous experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative support role.
• Ability to operate a multi-line phone system and handle a high volume of inbound calls effectively.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Demonstrated ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage competing responsibilities effectively.
• Detail-oriented demeanor and reliable attendance in an onsite office environment.
• Comfortable working in business-casual attire consistent with an office setting.
