About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President of Finance to join its Executive Leadership Team. The successful candidate will be a strategic and forward-thinking leader, playing a central role in shaping organizational strategy, strengthening financial and operational infrastructure, and ensuring the long-term sustainability of the ministry. This pivotal position goes beyond traditional financial stewardship, requiring the VP of Finance to serve as a trusted advisor, evaluate growth opportunities, and lead cross-functional initiatives. The role demands a modern, solutions-oriented finance leader who is tech-savvy, data-driven, and capable of leveraging financial and operational data to improve decision-making and accountability. Key responsibilities for the VP of Finance include executive leadership, strategic planning, and oversight of all financial activities. The role also involves risk management, compliance, and operational oversight. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, a CPA certification is preferred, and a minimum of 5 years' senior finance and leadership experience.
