Personal Lines Account Manager

Compensation Package

• Salary : $60,000 - $70,000 annually

Responsibilities

As a Personal Lines Account Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

• Managing a book of business with accounts ranging from $5,000 to $25,000 in premium


• Handling renewals, quoting, marketing, and account management from start to finish


• Processing Certificates of Insurance (COIs), endorsements, and upselling opportunities


• Quoting new and renewal business (approximately 50% of the role)


• Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining strong client relationships

Qualifications/Requirements

To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Licenses : Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License is required


• Experience : Minimum of 3 years of experience in standard personal lines insurance


• Technical Skills : Proficiency in Epic software is preferred
