Horton, Inc. is currently seeking a Sales Representative. The primary responsibility is to manage the sales process while providing excellent customer service, continuously sourcing new customers, helping them find and design their dream home, and ensuring a smooth sales experience. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Effectively communicate DR Horton’s value proposition, product vision, and capabilities to potential customers. Uncover and understand customer goals and challenges, then establish DR Horton as the best solution available. Overcome objections and close sales. Maintain accurate documentation of the transaction from sale through loan, options, and construction. Continually source new sales opportunities. Create and provide a marketing plan for establishing new customer relationships. Network and perform outreach to realtors. Manage time efficiently, meet sales goals, and work effectively with other team members. Maintain and expand a database of prospects. Attend sales meetings. Develop and maintain good rapport with prospective customers, realtors, and team members. Execute policies to ensure compliance with quality standards. Conduct all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase goodwill and profit. Qualifications Associate’s Degree or 2 years of related experience. Must have a vehicle, valid driver’s license, and be able to drive during daytime or nighttime. Ability to use DRH Sales applications on a smartphone, tablet, or laptop. Ability to follow written and oral instructions and application prompts. Proficiency with MS Office and email. Physical ability to stand, walk, sit, kneel, bend, walk up stairs and unlevel terrain, and lift up to 25 pounds for up to 8 hours a day. Regular exposure to outside weather conditions and moderate noise levels. Preferred Qualifications State licensing requirements as applicable. Prior experience with CRM software.
