This position is 100% ON-SITE. This is non-negotiable. PLEASE DO NOT apply if you have NO ACTUAL DIRECT Administrative experience. Must have experience in AP/AR Invoices and purchasing experience.

Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00am to 4:30 pm

Payrate: $19-21.00 an hour

Responsibilities

Draft correspondences and other formal documents

Plan and schedule appointments and events as needed

Greet and assist onsite guests as needed

Average - Accounts Receivable / Account Payable experience

Order office, warehouse and kitchen supplies as needed

Distribute at times employees work equipment and attire

Keep the break room and small kitchen supplied and clean

Qualifications

Previous experience in office administration or other related fields

Ability to prioritize and multitask various tasks

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Excellent data entry skills

Strong attention to detail

Strong organizational skills

Knowledge of invoices and purchase orders

Skills Highly Needed - Excel and knowledge of spreadsheets, Data Entry, Outlook, Microsoft Office Products etc.

Position Requirements

Proven experience as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant or office admin assistant

Excellent typing skills

Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines

Proficiency in MS Office etc.

Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work

Attention to detail and problem solving skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
