As a Senior Associate, you are expected to analyze complex problems, mentor junior team members, and build meaningful client relationships while navigating the intricacies of technology solutions. This role offers a unique chance to enhance your technical skills and personal brand while contributing to impactful projects that shape the future of connectivity.Responsibilities- Analyze and design integration solutions for telecom and telephony systems- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cloud and network architecture projects- Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on technical challenges- Develop and implement strategies to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction- Utilize critical thinking to address complex integration issues- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and technologies- Foster relationships with clients to understand their needs and expectations- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the teamWhat You Must Have- Bachelor's Degree- At least 4 years of experience- CCNA or equivalentWhat Sets You Apart- ITIL Foundation or equivalent preferred- BICSI certification preferred- Demonstrating leadership in team environments- Supporting circuit turn-up and validation testing- Performing onsite troubleshooting for connectivity issues- Validating port status and physical connectivity- Coordinating with carriers and vendors for resolutions- Maintaining asset inventory and documentation- Adhering to safety and compliance standardsTravel RequirementsUp to 60%Job Posting End DateThe salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
